The new Social Sciences Faculty building was to be open and friendly not only to its users and environment, but also welcoming to changes - both spatial and social ones. These assumptions were implemented on many levels, through the appropriate shaping and selection of architectural and construction measures.  Being aware of the dynamic processes that take place in the world, and thus the changing needs that must be met by modern structures, including universities, we tried to create a building that would be a flexible framework, a platform for scientific and social activities that could dynamically respond to the needs of its users. Thanks to the adopted spatial and material solutions, the design is flexible and can easily adapt to various requirements without the need for demolition, thorough renovation or modernization. In this way, the material and energy resources used to implement the project are employed in an optimal way and have a chance to meet the needs of the building for as long as possible. Thus, the overall impact of the building on the environment is minimized throughout its life cycle."}
