The main assumption of the design was fitting it harmoniously into the Park context. The proposed structure uses simple rhythms to enter into a dialogue with the existing pavilions surrounding the building layout and landscape elements in Żelazowa Wola – complementing the scenic Park. Low single-storey buildings integrated into the escarpment contain the entire program of the public part established by the investor.

We also envisaged a path leading from the Park, through the footbridge and to the foyer entrance of the Concert Hall. This creates an opportunity to connect the future MCM building with a park, providing music lovers with the opportunity to contemplate the garden while waiting for a concert, or an evening walk along park alleys after musical events.

The Concert Hall rises above the upper terrace, with surrounding arcades accessible from the three-story foyer. During the concert break, the audience can admire the views of the fields and forests. The building establishes a relationship with the surroundings at each level, providing users with the possibility of experiencing the Polish landscape, an important element in the work of Fryderyk Chopin.
